Gary has a birthday!!!

Gary had a birthday this week. I bought him this t-shirt and he loved it. Gary relaxed today and we spent the afternoon at the beach.

Gary shares his birthday with Holly (our granddaughter) and he is talking to Holly, Karina and the rest of the gang via Skype.

Easter at Gulf Shores

Easter Sunday and the weather is amazing!!! After a short bike ride it was time to relax in the lounge chairs....

Later in the afternoon Loretta and Arnold came over to play Euchre and the girls won!!! Then we had a wonderful Austrian Easter dinner.....with ham, austrian potato salad and the trimmings.....

Then it was time to wish Loretta and Arnold a safe journey as they travel north to home.

Up to our Armpits in Alligators!!!

Next to our campsite is a canal with a bridge crossing over it. This morning Gary was taking Brandy for her walk and he heard a hissing sound when we was crossing the bridge. It was Mad Maggie!!!

Brandy tucked her tail between her legs and headed back for the campsite!!! I don't blame her...

More fun at Gulf Shores, Alabama

The six of us - Don, Helen, Arnold, Loretta, Gary and myself went to Elberta, Alabama to a Bratwurst sausage festival. Gary is enjoying the sausage very much but he won't share with Loretta....haha...

The entertainment was "The Soggy Bottom Boys"....What a hoot!!!

Later in the week it was Arnolds birthday. We went to a restaurant at a local pier for seafood and beer. Very good!!!

Back at Gulf Shores, Alabama

Here we are back at Gulf Shores and enjoying the wonderful, warm weather.

Now it's time for some Ladderball fun!! Don was throwing first...

Next it was Lorettas turn...

then Helen...

Gary went and then it was my turn.........

and sometimes the balls would get so tangled...

but Arnold got them all straightened out and did some throwing...

and while we were throwing Brandy sat at the sidelines and did some coaching. We had a blast!!!
